Deliciously creamy in texture, this soft rind, flavoursome, young cheese leaves a subtle, tingly, zing in your mouth after tasting. 

Our herd of Dairy Shorthorn cows graze in buttercup pastures that are filled with various types of grass - This, combined with the fact that we leave the milk unpasteurised, is what characterises our cheeses and gives them all such wonderfully unique taste.
