Returns
As a small, not-for-profit business, returns and refunds can be administratively demanding for Camphill Village Trust.
However, we want you to be happy with your products. If for any reason you have changed your mind, we offer refunds on any item that is returned to us unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it, along with proof of purchase. Please email or telephone us to discuss.
We work hard to provide accurate pictures and information so any details you can provide about the reason for your return will help us to improve our service and quality of the product in the future.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, please contact us to discuss any queries or concerns.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you send by tracked mail or courier as we cannot be responsible for missing parcels.
For lost or damaged items, please email or contact us. For damaged, items, we will require photographs within 10 days of receipt for any refund claims.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will issue a refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will send you details. As our products are all handmade by people we support, each item will be different so we cannot guarantee an exact match for your exchange.
