Made the same way as our tasty, organic, Botton Gouda, this cheese is washed and turned throughout the maturing process.

It's made using organic raw milk from our traditional native-bred cows to give an exceptional creamy taste but as this cheese is matured for at least six months, it has a firmer texture and stronger flavour.  

Our herd of Dairy Shorthorn cows graze in buttercup pastures that are filled with various types of grass - This, combined with the fact that we leave the milk unpasteurised, is what characterises our cheeses and gives them all such wonderfully unique taste.
