Organic garlic and herb cheese

A Gouda-style cheese that is made using organic raw milk from our traditional native-bred cows to give an exceptionally mild and creamy taste and texture. With the addition of garlic and our home-grown rosemary, it's deliciously savoury and flavourful.

It keeps its natural rind and is sold from as little as six weeks old.

Made in 4-6 kg rounds. 

Our herd of Dairy Shorthorn cows graze in buttercup pastures that are filled with various types of grass. This, combined with the fact that we leave the milk unpasteurised, is what characterises our cheeses and gives them all such wonderfully unique taste.
