Handmade elderflower cordial

In the summertime, at our Botton Village community, there is an abundance of these pretty, white flowers growing from the elder trees in our gardens. 

The people we support set out to gather some up and help to turn it into this tasty, refreshing, aromatic cordial.

Simply add water or for an extra special zing, add a drop to your prosecco.
