Our herd of Dairy Shorthorn cows graze in buttercup pastures that are filled with various types of grass - This, combined with the fact that we leave the milk unpasteurised, is what characterises our cheeses and gives them all such wonderfully unique taste.

We offer all kinds of opportunities such as; learning how to bake, seeking and finding employment, attending one of our many craft workshops, gaining certificates, learning new life skills and much more.
This shop is a platform for us to showcase our artisanal crafts , handmade gifts, award-winning, organic cheese and food products which have all been made by adults with learning and other disabilities.
We also offer a few carefully selected products from like-minded companies and individuals that share our ethos.
