A fruity jam made very simply with Botton organic blackcurrants and apples. Would be lovely in a plain sponge cake, topped with a sprig of blackcurrants.

Maureen CANN Both these preserves are delicious and with just the right amount of sweetness - I find supermarket jams too sweet. I will order again.

James Wolsey This has a rather mild taste but is too smooth. We would prefer plum pieces in it, as is usually found.
