Our tasty, organic, Botton Cumin Gouda is washed and turned throughout the maturing process to create a beautifully mild, fresh, and creamy cheese. The added cumin gives the cheese a sweet, nutty element with rich earthy tones. It is sold from as little as six weeks old, and made in 4-6 kg rounds, 

Our herd of Dairy Shorthorn cows graze in buttercup pastures that are filled with various types of grass - This, combined with the fact that we leave the milk unpasteurised, is what characterises our cheeses and gives them all such wonderfully unique taste.
