Our tasty, organic, Botton Gouda is washed and turned throughout the maturing process to create a beautifully mild, fresh, and creamy cheese, with its own natural rind. Sold from as little as six weeks old, and made in 4-6 kg rounds,
Our herd of Dairy Shorthorn cows graze in buttercup pastures that are filled with various types of grass - This, combined with the fact that we leave the milk unpasteurised, is what characterises our cheeses and gives them all such wonderfully unique taste.

Great presentation, good value and a wonderful idea, but far too salty for most palates - we eat Gouda all the time but this is saltiest ever tasted. Easily rectified.. and this is not meant to discourage you, as the cheese has such potential and the concept so positive
