Introducing our brand new Beer Lover’s Cheese Making Kit! This kit allows you to create 12 batches of delicious, fresh cheese and includes recipes for two types of cheese: Beer Battered Cypriot Style Cheese (we cannot use the term 'Halloumi' as it has a Protected Designation of Origin) and Ale-Washed Squeaky Cheese Curds. 

Squeaky cheese curds are more commonly enjoyed in North America and Canada—just think of Canada’s national dish, poutine! The kit not only provides a recipe for a delicious beer batter to use with your Cypriot Style Cheese but also includes a recipe for an exceptionally tasty Mexican Salad to pair with your ale-washed cheese.
