Cheese, Organic Jubilee St Martin 1kg

Our special Jubilee cheese was created using our St Martin recipe.

It is a mild, slightly crumbly cheese, with an appearance, taste and texture very similar to traditional Wensleydale cheeses.

Its original name is a reference to a patron saint of the poor, whose feast day Martinmas, was the day on which the cheese was produced for the first time in 2020. Martinmas is traditionally celebrated in Botton, and with our Jubilee this year, we decided to bring it back.

Like all Botton cheeses, this cheese is made with the raw organic milk of the village's dairy herd and with vegetarian rennet.
