This soft jelly is a favourite with those that want the tartness of the blackcurrants but without the skin and seeds of the fruit. The addition of the mint increases the intensity of the black currants. This is a beautiful jelly that is versatile and can be used as a filling for your puddings and cakes, as well as with pancakes, croissants and with toast. Perfect as a present for the blackcurrant lover in your life!
