Preserve, Crab Apple Jelly, Organic
A clear preserve made very simply with Botton crab apples, reminiscent of cider, it is divine on thickly buttered toast.

We haven't started the damson jam yet, but we're looking forward to it. The other purchases are wonderful: we have greatly enjoyed the plum jam, the crab-apple jelly (which we eat with pork) and the cheese (though my wife doesn't eat that). A very successful clutch of purchases, which we shall repeat.
