Botton Village organic cheese selection
A selection of three of our delicious, organic cheeses made at The Creamery in Botton Village
Each box contains:
- 250g of our classic Dale End Cheddar. A traditional, cloth-bound cheddar, it matures on the wooden shelves for at least 12 months.
- 250g of Summer Field. Made in the summer months when the days are long and the grass is lush, it’s an alpine-style cheese, both nutty and creamy, not unlike a Comte or Gruyére.
- 250g of Gresford. Mild and slightly crumbly, with a natural rind. It is matured for between six weeks to several months.
For an extra special hamper, why not add on our wooden cheeseboard- Handmade by the people we support, using hardwood, sanded to a fine finish. Left untreated to preserve neutrality of taste.
